Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using voteseun.ca (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. These terms apply to all visitors, volunteers, donors, and others who access or use the Site.
About the campaign
This Site is operated by the Vote Seun Campaign in support of Seun Ogunsola’s nomination for the United Conservative Party (UCP) in the Calgary NW constituency (Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, Tuscany, and Scenic Acres). The campaign operates in accordance with applicable Alberta and federal election laws.
Donations
Donations made through this Site are processed securely via Stripe. By making a donation, you confirm that:
- You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, as required by election finance laws
- The donation is made from your own personal funds, not corporate or third-party funds
- You are making the donation voluntarily and are aware it will be used for campaign purposes
All donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law. The campaign reserves the right to refuse or return any donation at its discretion. Donations may be subject to disclosure requirements under Alberta’s election finance legislation.
Volunteering
By submitting a volunteer application or event sign-up form, you agree to be contacted by the campaign regarding volunteer opportunities. Volunteering is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time by notifying us at ask@voteseun.ca.
Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with campaign values and applicable laws. The campaign reserves the right to decline or discontinue any volunteer engagement at its discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and campaign materials — is the property of the Vote Seun Campaign and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
